• Genotyping for an additional 60 RILs is complete (Release 2).

• Re-sequencing of the founders is complete. All founders have been sequenced to ~50X.
• The first round of RAD genotyping of the RILs is complete. We now have 1670 RILs genotyped to reasonably high coverage with no evidence for contamination (Release 1).
