Release 2 includes an additional 60 RILs that had insufficient genotype data to be included in Release 1. Table formats are exactly the same as in Release 1 and the Founder SNP Table and list of regularly spaced positions are identical.
1) Founder SNP Table: Table of all SNPs in the DSPR founders.
